Sleeping

Sleeping is very important for everyone. If you want a good health, you have to sleep before 10 p.m. everyday. Let your mind and body has much time to relax, and you will get good feeling when you get up next day. Now people are very busy in their job, home, school or other things. Their have no much time to take a rest or sleep. They need to do many things before they go to bed. Time is not enough for everyone, so sometimes they stayed up to do their homework, played games and chated on line. When the time is coming, don’t to do anything and go to bed on time. If you can't sleeping, can listen some soft music, or drink some milk. it will help you to sleep well.
