Stay up is a bad habit.

This is a bad habit for everyone. Many people like doing their many things at night. While this time, everything is done and no many noise around of them. This time, the important thing always be done and be discussed. In the other hand, this time is important time for our body. Our organs must have enough time to rest. If we don’t have enough time to rest, we would kill our health slowly. If you stay up every day, you would not have a good spirit during the working time. You could not remember many things clearly and may be do the wrong things. For your future, don’t use your body 24 hours, to take the relax yourself and keep your health.
