In this speed change time, most people earn money under the stress. A lot of company request their employee has responsibility for job. Most employers hope the employee doing more than the salary. They even hope employees just do what they want them do. Most people do not go home early before they finished the job. For them, may be a lot of things need to do right now. If they do not finish the job on time, they always tell themselves could not go home early. They think all the things are important and may be someone wants the result urgent. Someone afraid the boss would blame them if they do not finish the job, so they stayed at the office and finish it. Everyone need enough time to take a rest, but under this stress to rest is not a simple thing for some people. They always catch the time to do many things and give themselves big stress. Did not enough time to take a rest and finish the job very late to cause some problems on their health. Health problem is a big, but they ignore this. Young and strong may be the main point that they ignore the problem for health. This is a Misconception. We don’t know our bodies, we just think the health problem could not happen to us. So, people don’t to protect themselves and attention the warm from the health. Health is the most important than anything. To take care your health and to take a rest advisably could bring a wonderful life for you.

A Difficult Thing to Some One

My friend, Amy, got married five years. Four years ago, she did the health check with his husband. A doctor told them, it was difficult thing that get a baby. Both of them felt surprised and could not believe it. That was a bad news for them and their friends. They never picked up any chance to get a baby. To drink a bottle of the medicine every day, improve their body conditioning. She started to drink traditional Chinese medicine that she did not like very much. No any choice, they need to do this and changed in dietary status. It looked likely sad for me. I always think why others people get baby are so easy, but my friend is so hard. That time, I thought the other friend had the same state. Finally, she got the baby after the failure many times. I thinking the main reason is the stress of work and economy to cause this situation. Barrenness is a common problem now for many couples, and they adopted a child to solve this. That time all of us hope they could get a baby soonest and did not drink the medicine. I forgot how long it was. They told us a great news that they had a baby. We congratulated them and expected the baby would grew up healthy. Now that baby is three years old, he is smart and cute. We are love him very much

Nothing

Our last final exam will be held on May 2, 2011. It meaning is the graduation ceremony coming soon. We have waiting for this day for a long time. Suddenly, a lot of kinds feeling is into my mind. Can leave this place that let us feel happy, sad and angry is really happy. In the other hand, like to lose something that I don’t know how to say it. I shared this with my friends, they told me may be I lost the goal. I thought about their words, I felt they were right. While studying at the LHU, I am so busy and fulfilling every weekend. To do homework or prepare the test every day have not any time to think other things. Since, I was a student, I have not read other books or magazines seriously. To read the other books which are not about English, I felt to waste time because I need to spend a lot of time to prepare my test or homework. My supported what classmate said, “No pains, no gains.” I really learned and gained a lot I never expected. After graduation, there is a lot of time to do anything and I must make a plan to arrange those time. Reading seems a good choice. A good reading plan is necessary for me to get more other information.

FACEBOOK

I have used the “FACBOOK” since two years ago. I think all of people like to use this social network. You can research your friends by their e-mail or name. Some people found their old friends through this. You will find your friends are so closed to you. It made me surprised. I wrote some article and post on it. My friends often leave their opinion or to encourage me. I always could get support from it. All of people shared good news, good article, or viedo. If you don’t like leave any massage or opinion, you just can listening to the music or watching the viedo online. Visiting this social network, you can let yourself relax or excited. What kind of style do you like, to enjoy it by yourself. One thing has two sides, most of people wrote their bad mood or what people they don’t like on facebook. It is very dangerous. Some words could become the evidence that some people could get those words or picture to accuse you. It might let you feel powerless. To protect yourself, just do the right things are important, because everyone can visit your Facebook to get anything that they really want.

My First Time Exchange the Gift

Before 2006, I had never exchanged the gifts with my friend. At that year, my friend told me had a dinner on Dec. 22th and wanted us to take a gift to exchange. She said that was a dinner for Christmas. Everyone cost not exceed 200 dollars to buy anything what you want to exchange. It was my first time experience. When we met each other, we enjoyed our dinner. After it, we stared our program. Everyone put their gifts on the table. Suddenly, someone put 11pcs firecrackers on the table. All of us were surprised. She told us the lucky number had been written and put into it. We opened the paper need not to spend much time, when we pull the wool the number would appear. The process that waiting for someone told the number was stimulated. After this action, all of us to find the gift that be showed the same number on it. We heard someone shouting loudly, someone laughing, and others clam. How excited it is! I got a computer mousepad. I felt so happy because I wanted to change my mousepad. I was so lucky. The end, we, everyone, took a picture with the gift that we got and group photo to keep the nice time. I am looking forward to attend like those activities. You will see the different expression on everyone's face.

The Right Attitude of Students

There are many students I feel they don’t have right attitude to treat their teachers. I saw many students speak what they want to say during the class. Sometimes their voice was so loudly. To say something in the class is can accept, but lower voice will be better for others. When I heard the loudly speaking, I feel embarrassed. They didn’t care anyone’s attention to them they just do what they want to do. That situations are general exist in many schools now. Most students may forget the goal is studying at school. This place had been became their make friend and discuss their next place for play. Some of students have bad attitude in class. Those students always thought they are right, why the teachers could not give them good grade. They asked the teachers want to know the reason, we can't see they express their polite for teachers. I always feel confuse about this situation. I remember that my parents and teachers told us had a good behavior with our teachers. We just are students, to be a good student is our job. For me, a lot of experience of work, let us learn much right and wrong. Those could let us know how to do a good student. Students need to think more clearly how to respect their teachers. Good learning environment is very important for everyone. Remembering good attitude is good for oneself.

All of My Classmates

I studied at LHU in 2009. I was a credit program student. I met a lot of good people at this school. Especially, there are nice people in our class. I remembered when I was a college student, I didn’t like went to school. We did anything what we wanted to do during class. For example, talking about each others, had a lunch or went out the class. Teachers said" You can do what you want to do, but just keep quiet" It was nice for us. So many students did something during class. This situation didn't happen in my class that I study now. Most of us are good students, my classmates have good response with each teacher. We studied very harmoniously together. The class was full of Laughing when we were studying. I always could get some fresh things when we were together. Although, studying English is very difficult for me and give me a lot of stress, I always expect come to school every weekend. I like look at them and listen to what they say. We will graduate on end of May. I feel sad, because we can’t see each other at school, can’t laugh loudly together with everyone. I know, no one belong with us, but I can do lifelong friends. I believe those memories will be with me forever.

Life

Two weeks ago, I found a bad news from my friend’s Facebook. I saw a friend’s picture and found she is so weak. She looks so different between before and now at short time. She looked great and healthy on July last year. Now, there are many acnes at her forehead. Her skin is deeply yellow. This situation is because of immune deficiency. I asked my friend, Ming, what’s happen. She said, “The first incidence was around her 22 years old that time was eight years ago. She has a congenital disease. Now, she needs has a new heart to maintain her life.” Those words came as a shock to me. Ming told me, we need a miracle. She is so young and her husband loves her so much. At that time, both of us beg the God giving her and we are courage, it was being needed. Today, my friends wrote something on their wall past of Facebook. A strange feeling was into my hearts. What’s happened again. Ming told me, her mother-in-law said to the doctor. They want not to save her life. No one can make the decision easily. Ming said they want not she was continually so miserable on her body and mind. For her family, they do not lose her they need her. All of friends are also need her but we can't save her life. This result came too fast to everyone. No one can face it immediately. How sad it is. Doing things what you want to do, don’t waste your life. You never know what will happen next second.

A Day Trip of Apr. 4th

Few weeks ago, my co-workers made a schedule to visit the Baishatun in Miaoli on Apr. 4th. Most of us were awaiting it coming. Yesterday, we started to Miaoliat 9:00A.M. The weather was a cloudy day and more cold than Apr. 3th. It is strange these years. We still excited and started to Miaoli. The traffic was smooth in highway. We arrived at the Baishatun at 11:00A.M. We had a lunch in the train cars. In my memory, I had had a lunch in it when I was a kid. We took a lot of pictures around the restaurant then we went to the next tourist resort the Sheng-Hsing Railway Station. When we came here it was raining and so cold. The visitor more less than before that I came here few years ago was a good weather. With the different people to visit this place at the different weather was a special experience. Although it was cold, no one felt bored. Some people of us had never been to Sheng-Hsing. All of us bought some things to eat, drink, and to share our joking at that time. The atmosphere was pleasing. This place is a tourist resort now not really the train station. There is a train that you could take it. It looked like as the toy, but it was funny. Then we found a bike that a man sold the coffee. The coffee was not offered using the machine. It was manual. The man put the scent of the coffee that he grinded on the filter paper then he was into the water slowly. There was floating scent of the coffee among us. We bought two cups of coffee because of the scent. The rain was large, we went to our car and left this place went home. Everyone had a good memory at this trip. Hope we also have a nice trip next time to keep our relationship.

A Movie "CONNECTED"

Someday I stayed at home watched TV. I turned the movie channel and it was playing the movie “CONNECTED”. I found someone was running behind a car. The driver was on the phone. Suddenly, the famous actor ”Louis Koo” attracted me. He is so handsome I could not divert my attention and seated on the sofa watched the movie.

The movie has two main ideas. First, Grace and Bang didn’t know each other. They connected by an old telephone. Grace hope someone could save her and her daughter’s life. Bang found Grace's situation was dangerous. He hope can find out her and save her. He knew to keep the phone was on line was important. He connected with Grace through the phone, Grace tell him to do something. A police who talk with Grace through the phone, later he thought something may be has been happen. After he watched the news on TV, he went to the Grace’s home. He saw the house was very messy and one person was killed. He finally knew need to save Grace. Second, those killers caught her because her brother got a record on that murder with video camera, so that killers want to break it for removing the evidence of this event. They didn’t know those killers are police. Bang found out the video camera and hand it out to the police. He asked the police where the Grace, the police gave him the answer was let him felt strange. Finally, Bang knew the police and the killers are accomplices. They didn’t know Bang had sent the evidence to his mobile. They want to kill Bang but they lost.

In fact, in this society, few people want not to help others. Most people are afraid the troubles. We can not to request them to do anything that they don't like such as help someone. If many people like the Bang can help someone who we don’t know, I think the society is warm. The movie also mentioned a practical issue that we think some people who we can belief but actually they can't to rely on. Maybe we know how but we have not any power to change it. For everyone, power like the water, can do a good thing and do a bad thing. Hope everyone do the right thing is help self and others.

Propose Marriage in Public

A romantic and surprised propose marriage is the favorite by every woman. They are always thinking their boyfriend how to propose marriage to them. In general, the boys do the action after the dinner, their girlfriend’s birthday party, or an important date between them. Those belong to the two people. Some people hope everyone to help them. To get many people help they must propose marriage in public and get the blessing from others.

Last week, I watched a news from TV. It broadcasted a male teacher, Mr. Wu, made a propose marriage to his girlfriend in public. He did the wrong thing after their wedding. He and a student had a wrong behavior in car and at the room. The student did an operation to cause an abortion. Someone get this news informed against to the teacher. This matter let him could not teach the student at the original school and also caused his life of family had change. He felt rued. Finally, his wife forgave him and their life like before.

From above news, I think proposing marriage in public is not a good idea. You do something you will feel everyone look at you. Upon you do the wrong thing, the TV broadcast maybe let your life get worse. I think do a general people is good.

My Best Friend

Everyone has a lot of friends but not everyone is your best friend because they are also be others best friends. May be only one or two are your best friends among your friends. I have two to three best friends. Jenny is one of them. She take care me and push me in many ways.

Jenny is my co-worker who we have known each other since eight years ago. She is an accounting. I job is shipping. We often discuss the work process how to reduce us trouble and improve other people’s mistakes during our work time. Because of this, we are getting better and better. In work, if I have payment problem can’t be solved. She always assisted me firstly and give me a good answer to feedback our customer. In life, we always push each other to learn other new things. For example, we are studying English, leaning new software about the computer or exercise sports to keep our health. If someone of us has bad emotion, we talk on line or find a comfortable place to encourage us. We always find good ways to let us better and better so the bad emotion can’t influence us much time.

As above mentioned, those may be normal ways to everyone but no one can here by your side when you need someone. Jenny always can stay by my side when I need her. She is so sweet and give me so much in my work and my life. I am very pleased have such friend like Jenny and hope can be her good friends forever.

The Party of Chinese New Year

Chinese New Year is a good holiday to many people. Most people can take an enough rest at that time. I think many people have a nice plan during this holiday, for example they may plan to play at some places, take a rest at home or visit their friends and so on. This holiday just have six days to arrange something that we want to do. I have a date with my classmates. We will hold a party in Sunny’s home at the third day of the holiday. We will play Mahjong, Wii, and eat hot pot at that day.

That day, my classmate, Jack, with me went to the Carrefour in ShuLin. We bought the foods for everyone. I felt so surprised. Jack was likely a kid. Many things after he took, he played them look like the volleyball or the basketball. I was so scared we need to buy them if the foods are damaged from us. Fortunately, we did not buy the unnecessary things. We bought two cartons foods and left the Carrefour happily. When we arrived the Sunny’s home, some classmates were already at here. After talking, some classmates could not wait to played Mahjong, the others washed and cooked the dinner. Originally, I must prepare the dinner for my classmates. That day, our chef, Frank, he came back from China also attended this party and prepared a delicious dinner to us. I felt so happy and very thank his help. We were playing Wii games and Mahjong. We laugh loudly and enjoyed this party very much. That day, we ate a little so there are many kind of food we did not eat them. For don't waste those foods, all of us hope to hold the party again before Feb. 26th.

I never think Chinese New Year can together with my classmates. That party was so funny and all of us looked like the member of the family. I like this feeling. This party will be a good memory in my mind.

I watched this news on TV when I had a lunch at my company. The news made me felt angry. All of us know there are many uncertain dangers to women because we also get the relative information from this news. In work place or the outdoors, many people, men and boys, sometimes touch women's or girl’s body and talk not good things to them. These bad actions make them feel ashamed and sad. If women fight back, they may lose their job or get more bad responses. Sometimes, women want to protect themselves but it depends on their luck. The fact that someone can’t control themselves to hurt other people is such a big wrong thing. I can’t accept this matter but many similar things always happen around the world.

Some people may kill themselves or change everything of their life after that bad thing happened on them because it is a serious hurt for them, especially for women and girls. We can not prevent the same thing s which is happened in the future, but we hope the same things would be less and less. Furthermore, if the country could set up some regulations to punish people who do the bad things due to their bad actions, it would be useful to avoid it happen.

Stay up is a bad habit.

This is a bad habit for everyone. Many people like doing their many things at night. While this time, everything is done and no many noise around of them. This time, the important thing always be done and be discussed. In the other hand, this time is important time for our body. Our organs must have enough time to rest. If we don’t have enough time to rest, we would kill our health slowly. If you stay up every day, you would not have a good spirit during the working time. You could not remember many things clearly and may be do the wrong things. For your future, don’t use your body 24 hours, to take the relax yourself and keep your health.

Smile

Now, many of people are for protecting themselves, they didn’t smile to other people for their first time meet and didn’t to show their enthusiasm. They often get a good reply after the other person is in a good performance. To smile for some people are difficult. May be they do not know how to laugh because of excessive competition and pressure on them. Those reasons let them forgot how to laugh. If everyone can be face many things easily. I think the bad things would not often happen now. We Can start by ourselves. We often smile, others people will be happy when they meet us. To smile the people would want to contact with you. Don’t hide your true heart it may be bring you good result.

Do exercises in the morning

Our company has done the exercises in the morning for a long time. Our manager told us, our co-workers of the china are doing the exercises every morning. This action let them have good spirit and powerful so he hopes we can do the same in Taiwan. In the beginning, all of us didn’t like to do this. We think it so boring and don’t have any benefit for us. We have many complains. We must arrive at our company at 7:55 and can’t late. It made us anger. After six months, all of us feel this action is good for our working time and we can let us mind clear during the exercises. Until now, there are not any complain from anyone.

The Year-end Dinner Party

The year-end dinner party is happy day for everyone. At our company, all of us don’t like this activity. It made all of us angry easy. We must to prepare many things and think how to play our show every year. Our ideal always could be not accepted by our manager. We try to change many things to meet our manager, those actions always waste our much time. All of us hate to spend a lot time on this activity. We hate it the main point is vegetable food. My co-workers are like eat the meat and hope can be relaxed at that time, but everything can’t be control by us. Our manager decided everything. The year-end dinner party Is not a good activity to us.
